I had such a great experience at this dentist’s office! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They did an amazing job and were very thorough, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was at ease the whole time. You can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work. I’m really happy with my results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

Southern Smiles is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was friendly and the whole place had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Shakally was thorough, professional, and made sure I understood everything about my treatment plan. Irma, the dental assistant, was incredible. She has such a warm presence and made the entire appointment feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she’s experienced and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m really happy I found this office — highly recommend Southern Smiles!

Would highly recommend, staff and dentists were amazing! They made it clear that they care about tooth health and that you are comfortable the whole time. I've been taking my mom here for the past year for extensive dental work after going almost 20 years without seeing one due to her fear of dentists, they were amazing and comforted her and made her comfort their number 1 priority. Dr. Shakally is understanding as he knows exactly what it is like as he himself had bad teeth, so he knows the fears that patients may have and how to reassure them that everything will be ok. Mom's still getting used to her new healthy mouth but she is doing much better. She lives with less pain and also less headaches. It has been wonderful having a dentist who actually cares and does a great job. A final shout out to Dr. Shakally, Irma for excellent translating help, and Lisa for always reassuring my mom. -Karen M

It’s rare to find a dentist who combines skill with great bedside manner, but he absolutely does. Irma was also fantastic. She made me feel comfortable right away and was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. She’s friendly, patient, and really knows what she’s doing. Five stars for the whole team at Southern Smiles. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. Shakally and his exceptional staff have made my visits as comfortable as possible. I’m always greeted warmly and taken care of quickly when I arrive for my appointments. Irma has gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable during my procedure, and Dr. Shakally always takes his time explaining everything and patiently answers all of my questions. The entire team makes this office feel welcoming and professional. I highly recommend them
